1. Promoting abroad studies to HCT students.
2. Level of Studies should be similar to the international colleges.
3. Share in culture's between HCT student's and abroad student's.
4. Accepting more student's from different countries.
5. International student's understand our culture.

We will list suggestions to make it easier for HCT students to coop with international students. It will be sent to the Board of Director.
